Last day in 2007, woke up at 615am, get ready to work……went out at710am….walk to train station….bought a ticket…..reach work place….at 810am….
Had a early lunch break at about 11….after that get back to work….it was busy today, lot of paper work to be done…..but we ends up finished pretty early today, went across the road-the bar to have a drink with my colleague-my store manager’s treat….
Head down to st leonards to look for my friend, take a shower, went to Coles to buy some snack, and Oporto for our dinner….wow….was so excited for tonight fireworks….can’t wait til that moment…..
Catch a train down to North Sydney….Blue Point Reserve, reach there at about 730pm….it was crowded and packed…..OMG……can’t believe it….we continue wat we doing…..lots of security guards and police officer around to manage the place…..and no glass allowed due to security and safety issues……
Well….me and JC looking for good spot….finally we found one…the scene was excellent as we can see the Sydney harbour bridge and opera house…wow…..we had our burger once we enjoying the view, taking photo, looking people….etc….
Finally first fireworks at 9pm….purposely for family …..it was that special on this one…..we continue to wait for 12am fireworks….Richard joined us at 10pm…we keep talking….waiting for 2 hours….i feel so sleepy and tired….sitting on the ground…
Finally 10 minutes to 12……wow…everyone getting excited and ready for it….yeah….countdown to 1…..Fireworks has begin….lots of people screaming, busy taking photo, recording, etc…..for me…of course…enjoying the fireworks …as Richard is recoding and JC is taking the photo…so I’m juz enjoying the fireworks and make a wish….of course:)
It was excellent and fabulous the fireworks compare to last year…as we got good spot...takes about 15 mins…..after that…everyone leaving…catching the train back to JC’s place…stay overnite at her place as not good for me to go home alone…..we had a beer and enjoying the pic….and guess what…nice view from her room….but…she’s paying $300 per week for rental….well….
